Have you ever heard the quote, “I’m not sick, but I’m not well”? It comes from a well-known song, yet it perfectly describes how many people feel every day—living in a state where something just doesn’t feel right, even though no clear illness has been diagnosed.
The absence of disease does not always mean true health. When we are in a state of dis-ease—when our bodies, minds, and spirits are not fully at ease—it often signals an imbalance. Over time, this imbalance can develop into more serious health challenges if left unaddressed.
Whether you are currently managing a diagnosed condition or simply feel “off” without understanding why, this is where I come in.
As a certified Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I take a holistic approach to wellness. Together, we will work on your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being—because true health goes beyond just the absence of illness.
